Low-cost vaccination and alteration of Domestic Cats
This service is provided for needy residents of Pahrump and surrounding areas who cannot afford the cost of professional veterinary service.

Cats must be in good health, but need not have current vaccinations. Domestic Cats are vaccinated, altered; and cats are returned to owners.

Low-cost alteration of Domestic Dogs
This service is provided for needy residents of Pahrump and surrounding areas who cannot afford the cost of professional veterinary service.

Dogs must be in good health and have proof of all current vaccinations prior to this service. Dogs are altered and returned to owners.

Feral Cat Program
When it comes to strays, SNAPS volunteers trap the feral cats and bring them to Las Vegas, where they are treated at a feral cat clinic.
The strays feral cats are treated for any diseases or mites, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and their ears are tipped to make them readily identifiable as fixed cats. The animals are then returned to the area where they were trapped and released.

Domestic Cat Program
On the home front, SNAPS helps people in Pahrump and the surrounding area who may not be able to afford a full veterinarian visit get animals their domesticated cats fixed at low or no cost.
However, Scherer emphasized thatThis service is specifically -- and only -- meant for people who need the financial assistance in keeping their pets healthy.

Food Share Program
SNAPS helps people in Pahrump and the surrounding area who may not be able to afford food for their pets and feral cats.
This service is specifically -- and only -- meant for people who need the financial assistance in keeping their pets healthy. Donations of food from those who have more food than they need are appreciated.
